岗位职责

Responsibilities• -Planandcarryoutauditsandpotentialanalysesatsuppliersandcoordinatewiththenecessaryspecialistdepartments• -IndependentlytakeoverthedevelopmentandapprovalofsuppliersinaccordancewithVDA6.3forseriessupplytotheIFAGroup,includingdocumentation• -Coordinateandtrackactionplanswithsuppliersaswellascarryoutandensuresuccesscontrol• -DevelopsuppliersusingtheIATFandVDA6.3standardandinaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheGermanSupplyChainDutyofCareAct(LkSG)• -Evaluatethelegalandcustomer-specificrequirementsfortheGroup'ssuppliersandmonitortheirimplementationandcompliance• -CarryoutadvancequalityplanningwithsuppliersaspartoftheAPQP• -CarryouttheproductionprocessandproductreleaseofpurchasedpartsinaccordancewithVDAVolume2Professionalskills/requiredexpertise• -Completedatleast3yearsofstudywithatechnicalfocusorcompletedtechnician/mastercraftsmantraining• -Severalyearsofprofessionalexperienceintheautomotivesector• -Trainingasanauditor(IATF16949,VDA6.3)withatleast3yearsofprofessionalexperience• -BusinessfluentinEnglish• -Knowledgeoflogisticsproceduresandprocurementprocessesaswellasprojectmanagement• -Ideallyknowledgeinthematerialfieldsoftubes,forgingsandelastomersandinindustrialmanu-facturingprocesses(e.g.hardening,joining,machining,forming)• -ConfidenthandlingofMSOfficeandSAP• -Experienceinthefieldsofadvancequalityplanning(APQP)• andPPAP(VDAVolume2)Interdisciplinaryskills• Veryhighproblem-solvingability• Strongunderstandingofprocesses• Verygoodcommunicationandpersuasiveness• Highmasteryofcomplexity• Highimplementationstrengthandenergy语言要求：英语行业要求：全部行业所属部门：采购部
